- Think about how good you're feeling even though you're having a panic attack.
- Distract yourself ( Listen some of your favorite music, read something)
- If you are out and having a panic attack try to start a conversation with your friends.
- If you feel desperate, just breathe and try to calm down, because nothing is happening.
- Fight your negatives thought for positives.
- Remember that you are brave and you can do it
- Pray, because that will help you a lot.
- Tell yourself that you walk along faith and not for what you see.
- Do work out, the one that you will enjoy ( running, walking, zumba, etc.)
- The most important..YOU ARE NOT ALONE, there's people like you and me everywhere.
- Don't doubt to ASK FOR HELP.
